The Opportunity:

We are looking for an exceptional Cleaning Manager who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys being part of a local community, to join our team on a 2&1 fly-in-fly-out roster from Perth Airport to Ginbata, at our Roy Hill Mine Village site in Regional Western Australia. Working 12-hour days in demanding, remote environments means solid fitness and resilience are essential—if you’re driven, self-motivated, and ready for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for the client and team, and ensuring all Safety, Hygiene, Environmental and Quality Standards are met by staff as well as:

Leading and allocating daily cleaning tasks, providing hands-on support to Placemakers
Ensuring compliance with company policies, HSEQ standards, and contractual cleaning requirements
Conduct cleaning audits and lead by example with quality and presentation standards
Managing rostering and scheduling with INX, RMS, or similar Workforce & Property Management system
Training and Team development as well as performance reviews
About you:

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in strong leadership, support and coordination of cleaning and housekeeping staff. You will have been successful at creating a safe working environment in the Facility Management space

and ensuring continuity of quality and high presentation & cleanliness standards. Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in similar role
A strong commitment to follow management systems with good time management skills
Intermediate Microsoft office skills
Experience with several Workforce & Property management systems
A keen eye for detail and a can do attitude
Strong organisational skills
Australian Manual Driver's License - ESSENTIAL
Full Working rights in Australia - ESSENTIAL
Police Clearance (not older than 12 Months) – ESSENTIAL
Ability to work 2&1 FIFO roster from Perth
