Full job description
Join the Vanilla Slice Cafe team in Sorrento as Front of House Staff, where you'll be the welcoming face of our establishment. We're looking for friendly and customer-focused individuals to enhance the overall dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.

- Can do attitude- Coffee making experience will be a plus but if you don't have it we are happy to train.

- Ensure a clean and inviting dining area by promptly clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness standards.

- Collaborate with kitchen and barista teams to ensure timely and coordinated service.

- Uphold a positive and team-oriented atmosphere in the front of the house.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus but not necessary.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Enthusiastic and proactive approach to customer satisfaction.

- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.
