Houseman/Minibar Attendant (Casual or Part Time)

Midnight Hotel is currently seeking enthusiastic and hospitable individuals for the role of Minibar Attendant / Houseman.

As part of the Housekeeping Team, you will play a key role in maintaining minibar standards across guest rooms while providing essential housekeeping support to ensure cleanliness, efficiency, and a seamless guest experience.

Your duties will include:

Minibar Attendant Duties

Restocking minibars in guest rooms in line with hotel standards
Accurately checking and recording minibar consumption
Ensuring all minibar items are clean, presentable, and within expiry dates
Replacing missing, damaged, or expired minibar items
Maintaining minibar storage areas in a clean and organised condition
Reporting room defects, damages, or maintenance issues identified during service
Following hotel procedures related to alcohol handling and stock control
Houseman Duties

Assisting room attendants with linen, amenities, and supplies
Removing soiled linen and rubbish from guest rooms and service areas
Delivering clean linen and restocking housekeeping pantries
Supporting room setup requests including extra beds, cots, rollaways, and amenities
Cleaning and maintaining public areas, corridors, service lifts, and back-of-house areas
Assisting with basic room checks and supporting the housekeeping team during peak periods
This role will be based on a rotating roster from Monday to Sunday, from 9am to 3pm including weekends and public holidays, with shifts scheduled according to operational requirements.
