What will you be doing?
You’ll help bring our Unify analytics platform to life for a major retailer. You’ll take ownership of key reporting deliverables, drive smarter and faster insights, and champion new platform capabilities. You’ll partner with both clients and internal teams to evolve reporting solutions, streamline operations, and ensure data and deliverables are always accurate, timely, and best in class.
Responsibilities
Leadership and day to day management of one direct report
Partner with the client to understand their reporting requirements
Create and maintain a range of reports in Unify+ (our analytics and data visualisation platform) that address the clients needs
Consistently seek opportunities to enhance report functionality, streamline processes, and identify efficiencies
Manage data inconsistencies by collaborating with relevant internal teams to investigate the root cause and identify a solution
Requirements
Previous experience as an Analyst (4 years), ideally gained in a client facing environment
People leadership experience is an advantage
Strong MS Excel skills and experience with data visualisation platforms
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
A curious mindset with the ability to dig into problems, understand the why, and develop effective solutions
Comfortable managing competing priorities and meeting tight deadlines in a fast paced, complex environment
Able to work autonomously, taking initiative and ownership of workload
