We’re looking for a Partner Success Manager to own and scale the success of our strategic embedded product partnerships, where Decidr AI apps power experiences inside partner ecosystems.

This isn’t account management; this is ownership of growth, rollout, performance, and expansion at the intersection of product, commercial, and delivery.

If you operate well in ambiguity, drive accountability without authority, and turn complexity into coordinated action, this role is for you.

What you’ll be doing

Owning the end-to-end success of strategic embedded product partnerships

Leading structured rollout plans to ensure timely and effective partner launches
Driving adoption, usage growth, and expansion revenue within partner ecosystems
Identifying and executing expansion opportunities across existing partnerships
Acting as the primary escalation point for product issues, coordinating triage across Product and Engineering
Tracking and communicating bug resolution timelines clearly and proactively
Running recurring partner performance reviews aligned to metrics and roadmap priorities
Coordinating joint go-to-market initiatives with Sales and Marketing
Translating partner feedback into structured product insights to inform roadmap decisions

What you’ll bring

Experience managing complex external stakeholder relationships in a high-growth or product-led environment

Strong commercial judgment and accountability for revenue and retention outcomes
Confidence operating across product, technical, and commercial domains
The ability to drive momentum and accountability without direct authority
Comfort navigating ambiguity and turning moving parts into structured execution
