About the Role
As the Clinic & People Leader, your primary focus is supporting the well-being, engagement, and productivity of our clinical and client services teams (20+). You’ll work closely with leadership to foster a culture of positivity, kindness, and teamwork, while also ensuring operational and performance targets are met.

Strong delegation, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
An assertive yet patient communication style
Commitment to learning and developing new skills
A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities
Respect for cultural diversity and differing abilities
In short: a people champion who’s also a wizard at getting things done
