Project Coordinator
Job Description
Draft, assess, and negotiate amendments or changes to existing contracts, service agreements, and project arrangements.
Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to ongoing contracts, projects, programs, and service delivery for both internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain and manage all administrative documentation and records linked to projects, services, and contractual obligations.
Collaborate with Project Managers, architects, engineers, property owners, and other key stakeholders to ensure objectives, deadlines, and quality standards are achieved.
Provide strategic advice and updates to senior management, highlighting matters that require executive attention and facilitating the execution of their directives.
Supervise contractors’ work, monitor progress, and report on any variations or deviations from approved project scopes or work orders.
Prepare, evaluate, and present reports, submissions, and proposals related to the organisation’s operational or project activities.
Gather and analyse project data to evaluate outcomes, identify trends, and support decision-making through comprehensive reporting.
Coordinate and oversee arrangements for office relocations or expansions, including securing new premises and ensuring smooth transitions.
Communicate with Project Managers, Architects and Engineers.
Aligned team towards common objectives to ensure project goals were met.
Implemented decisions effectively, contributing to organizational success.
Balanced competing priorities and managed multiple tasks concurrently.
Supervised contractor activities and provided reports on changes to work orders. Ensured compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Communicate complex insights and recommendations for informed decisionmaking.

Qualifications:
Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Degree
Experience Requirement:
Minimum 1 year work experience is required as a Project Coordinator, must include experience in the construction industry.
