Reception/Customer Service Representative
Job Description
We currently have a vacancy for a reliable and mature minded person to join our vibrant Customer Service team located in head office, Sunshine West. Do you thrive on customer service with a strong passion on satisfaction?
You will be responsible for training New and Existing Clients on our ordering system, offering assistance as required with trouble shooting and queries. As this role is autonomous and office based, you will need to be comfortable to work on your own, yet a part of a very dynamic Sales team. You will have relevant experience in Customer service, outbound calls and understand the importance of exceptional service and response times.
Your time management and attention to detail is very important in this role as you will be expected to manage a large portfolio of Clients efficiently and professionally. Your mature and calm attitude will prove to be your greatest asset.
Role expectations
Manage the general inbox
Manage all in-bound calls in relation to trouble shooting and transitioning to the online ordering system
Ensure all queries are met and finalised in a timely manner, maintaining the companies policy on communication and call backs
Ensure your communication with the customers is transparent, effective and understood
Liaise with relevant departments to assure correct procedures and policies are followed
Providing feed back to the National Manager via direct communication
Skills and Experience
Either in bound or out bound call centre experience will be highly considered
Effective time management
Ability to prioritise and identify issues as urgent when they arise
Effective communication streaming, written and verbal
Computer literate to operate in house systems
Ability to effectively manage hi pressure scenarios
Passion for exceptional customer service
Self-motivator
Proven track record of results achieved
The position is full time, Monday to Friday, +am –5.30pm based at Head office in the Western Suburbs (Sunshine West).
If you have experience inside Real Estate, either in Reception, Customer Service or Administration that would be a large advantage.
