WHAT DOES THIS ROLE INVOLVE?

We’re looking for a creative, organised, and values-aligned Social Media Manager to bring our brand to life across digital platforms.

You’ll work closely with the director and team to create content that is:

Informative (without being boring)
Warm (without being fluffy)
Professional (without being clinical)
Fun, human, and relatable
Your role will include:

Managing and scheduling content across social media platforms (primarily Instagram)
Creating engaging posts, carousels, reels, captions, and stories
Translating speech pathology concepts into parent-friendly, scroll-stopping content
Supporting launches, workshops, and service updates
Maintaining brand voice, values, and visual consistency
Engaging with our online community (comments, messages, interactions)
Tracking insights and adapting content based on engagement

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business
Strong written communication skills
Confident using tools such as Instagram, Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar
Understanding of branding, tone, and audience engagement
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
