• Answer inbound/outbound calls professionally, provide demos and explain products and services to customers
• Identify customer's needs and wants and convince them to buy the product/service
• Process customer purchases and accurately record details of customer's purchase orders
• Ability to be on phone for a long time and familiar with using dialer systems
