Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand the company's market presence.

Responsibilities:
• Acquiring new accounts (Current and Savings) from branch catchment area.
• Self-improve continuously by way of experience.
• Generating Leads for family accounts and other cross sell products.
• Build strong relationship with internal teams to leverage existing relationships from SME.
• Participate in corporate induction and migration events around the catchment area.

Requirements:
• Graduation In any Field.
• 6 Months to 2 Years experience in field Sales.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Motivated, driven attitude, aptitude for persuasion and negotiation.
• Good network in the market.
• Should be local Candidate.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time, Fresher

Salary: ₹225,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
