Job Description
Skills & Experience Required: 1. In depth knowledge of Indian, Chinese, continental and other mainstream cuisines 2. Salesmanship 3. Team management 4. Lead Management & Business Development. Key Responsibilities include: 1. Be responsible for onboarding new clients by demonstrating product and integrating our range in the menu 2. Manage pipeline of leads for Hotels, restaurants, caterers 3. Establish incremental growth of the new product acceptance and addition on the menu 4. Work closely with the marketing team for conducting chef tastes table, demo & other live demonstration events. 5. Design the sales pitch as per the client segments and possible menu additions 6. Work closely with the marketing team to create a library of recipes from the base ingredients 7. Add accounts by mapping the universe & planning coverage and activation 8. Establish and achieve target throughput per every outlet on boarded +. Work on range selling & cross selling initiatives at existing accounts
