Administrative Assistant / Shipping Clerk (PM Shift)
Job Description
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Shipping Supervisor, the Shipping Clerk is accountable for invoicing customers for product ordered through the order desk and administratively preparing for delivery and pick-ups. Position codes, invoices, process warehouse releases and stock transfers, balances carrier account, maintains customer account inventory levels and processes export documentation and government forms.
Key Accountabilities:
Accountable for processing invoices and inter-company orders;
Accountable for data entry of raw and FFP product, tub and pallet inventories;
Accountable for maximizing service levels and maintaining relationships with customer base;
Preparing reports and documentation;
Regular/daily interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Grade 12 diploma, data entry experience;
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
Good communication skills, verbal and written;
Previous customer service/shipping experience an asset;
Attention to detail;
Evening shift (2pm to 10:30pm, Mondays to Fridays).
