Job Title: Design Assistant & Shopify E-Commerce Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized Personal Assistant with strong Shopify experience and a passion for interior design. This role supports our e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and day-to-day business needs.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain our Shopify website
Add and optimize products, collections, and content
Implement SEO best practices
Create and manage paid ads on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Google
Process orders, manage shipping, receiving, and inventory
Run business-related errands and provide operational support
Assist with brand presentation and design-focused merchandising
Requirements:

Shopify experience (required)
Knowledge of SEO and digital advertising platforms
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Passion for interior design and home décor
Ability to work independently and take initiative
This is NOT a remote opportunity. Must have access to a vehicle and be able to commute to our office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34,400.00-$65,000.00 per year
