Inside Sales Representative (Sales & Admin Support)

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role combines inside sales with administrative and light accounting support and is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to generate leads and build customer relationships
Identify customer needs, present solutions, and close sales
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries promptly
Assist with order processing, invoicing, and sales documentation
Support basic administrative and accounting tasks such as data entry and record keeping
Collaborate with sales teams to support business growth
Qualifications

Proven inside sales or telemarketing experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to negotiate and close sales
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic accounting processes is an asset
English proficiency required; French is a plus
