New Home Sales Manager

Mosaic has more new homes on the way and we are growing our team.

As a leader on our sales team, you will leverage your knowledge of the market to generate business, connect with prospective customers, prepare sales contracts, enhance realtor relationships and help manage sales launches.

You will lead by example, training, mentoring and coaching the sales team on your project to bring out the best in them. As a senior member of our sales team, you’ll ensure our model homes are well presented, and customers receive exceptional service.

Who You Are

You have experience as a realtor and an extensive network of relationships and connections in the local area. You are comfortable working 5 days a week including some weekends and holidays.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have prior experience coaching, mentoring, and training a sales team.

You are passionate about customer service and know what it takes to ensure everyone has a great experience every step of the way. You are positive, professional, and polished.

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. A second language is an asset.

Finally, you’re a team player who builds relationships and brings out the best in others. You see possibilities and opportunities.
