Photographer/Videographer

Overview
We are looking for a creative and reliable photographer/videographer to join our real estate media team. This role includes driving from property to property capturing high quality photos and videos while being respectful to clients, homeowners and their property. Experience in videography is highly preferred. All training and equipment is provided. This role can be part time/full time/ or contractor (self employed).

Responsibilities

Capture photos, video, 3D tours, floor plans, drone footage etc.
Collaborate with team members and Realtors to capture homes.
Uploading files at end of day for editing team. Experience with editing video is a bonus. Our team uses FCP.
Arrive on time consistently. Dressed professionally.
Follow and update a Google calendar.
Driving from site to site.
Organize and maintain files and archives for easy access by team members.
Be self motivated and represent our brand as luxury.
Requirements

Preferred: Experience in video production.
Preferred: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and other tools within the Adobe Creative Suite.
Preferred: Strong understanding of video production processes, including lighting, sound design, and camera operation.
Preferred: Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to convey messages effectively through visual media.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated to manage individual projects.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Well groomed and presentable appearance.
Reliable, efficient and flexible with scheduling.
A degree in Film Production, Media Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Equipment Required

All gear is provided. Experience with Canon, Sony and DJI products is preferred.
A vehicle is required.

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
