Job Summary
We’re hiring a senior iOS/macOS Developer focused on building and refining high quality Apple native medical applications. You will help design, implement, and ship features used in real world clinical and imaging workflows.
You will work on making our apps better: improving performance, stability, and usability, fixing bugs, and delivering polished, reliable experiences across Apple platforms.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain native macOS and iOS applications in Swift.
Implement reliable multi-device orchestration (discover, connect, monitor, and recover).
Develop high-volume capture workflows and robust session management.
Improve performance and stability with careful use of concurrency and safe state management.
Own media transfer and synchronization between iPhones and macOS, with integrity checks and retry strategies.
Create clear, non-technical user messaging and self-serve recovery flows for common failure modes.
Instrument the system with logging, diagnostics, and telemetry to reduce support burden.
Design and maintain automation test coverage for core workflows (happy path + key edge cases).
Build reliable end-to-end automated tests for multi-device and transfer flows where feasible.
Collaborate closely with other developers, hardware, QA, and product to deliver clinic-ready releases.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
5+ years of professional experience building native iOS and/or macOS apps.
Strong track record shipping production features with a focus on reliability and maintainability.
Practical understanding of concurrency and how to avoid race conditions and state bugs.
Experience with automation testing (e.g., UI tests, integration tests, end-to-end tests) and using tests to prevent regressions.
Comfortable debugging issues across app boundaries (device connectivity, timing, storage, and networking variability).
Why Join Us
You’ll play a pivotal role in advancing next-generation 3D imaging technology for dermatology, helping transform how skin is captured, reconstructed, and analyzed worldwide.
We offer a competitive salary, vacation, stock options, and a comprehensive benefits package (including extended health, vision, and dental). If you are interested and passionate about doing things that really matter send us your resume and join us on this amazing journey.
