About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Event Management Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of events, including planning, coordination, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage event operations and lead a team to ensure seamless execution
- Convert queries into actionable tasks and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and hotels to win business
- Research and develop innovative products, then train the frontline on the same
- Build and maintain healthy relationships with transporters, hotels, airlines, and other local agencies
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A hospitality background or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
