Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Reports To: Credit Control Manager
Job Summary:
Mega Freight Movers Ltd. is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to manage client relationships, address concerns, and ensure timely coordination with internal teams. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a positive team-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
β Follow up with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
β Follow up on customer outstanding payments and coordinate with the credit control department will be the main focus.
β Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve client concerns efficiently.
β Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
β Provide timely and effective solutions to client challenges.
β Monitor account performance and generate regular reports for internal stakeholders.
β Maintain daily records of customer communications, issues, and follow-ups.
β Use MS Excel and Word for data tracking, reporting, and documentation.
β Generate & share MIS with customers
Requirements:
β 12th or Bachelorβs degree in any field.
β 1β3 years of experience in customer service, client relationship management, or CRM.
β Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
β Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
β Ability to multitask, work independently, and be a collaborative team player.
β Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
β Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
