Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls and provide information regarding Kotak 811 products and services.
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate cross-selling of banking products.
Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver high-quality service.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales and service targets.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
Adhere to banking policies and compliance guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:

Experience: Minimum 6 months of sales experience in any industry (BFSI preferred).
Freshers: Not eligible.
Education: Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
Age: 18 to 32 years.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Employment Gap: No gaps exceeding 6 months will be considered.
Job Details:

Salary: Up to 3,50,000 CTC (based on interview performance).
Shift Timing: 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (rotational).
Week Offs:
4 rotational week offs per month (initially).
6 week offs per month after 6 months of confirmation.
