JOB DESCRIPTION: CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (FEMALE)

Location: Manak Vihar Extension, New Delhi, Delhi, 110018 (Nearby Metro – Subhash Nagar)

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (slightly flexible for a strong candidate)
Working Days & Timings: Monday – Saturday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (1 paid leave per month)
Job Overview
The Customer Service Executive will act as the primary point of contact for client communication, ensuring timely responses, issue resolution, and a high standard of customer satisfaction across all interaction channels.
Key Responsibilities
· Serve as the first point of contact for all client queries via WhatsApp, email, and Instagram
· Maintain a professional and prompt communication tone at all times
· Respond to all client messages within 2 hours during working hours
· Track client issues including out-of-stock items,
