The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting data into various databases and ensuring the information is up-to-date. Day-to-day tasks include managing and maintaining data entry records like Sales, Purchase, ledger scrutiny, reconciliation of stock, performing regular data quality checks, providing administrative support, and assisting with customer inquiries. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
Qualifications
Typing skills and Computer Literacy
Experience in Administrative Assistance and Communication skills
Customer Service experience
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Bcom or equivalent
Experience with data entry software like Tally and Zoho is a plus
