We’re looking for a results-driven Online Debt Collector to join our dynamic team (prefer Sydney as you will need to come into our office occasionally). If you have a sharp eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a knack for resolving outstanding accounts, we want to hear from you!

The Role

Work from home 2 hrs 3 days week. Excellent communication skills in clear English. Working mostly online or teams chat. Above Award.

Quiet environment. Own computer. Own phone.

Providing statements, reminders, servicing clients. Communicating with decision-maker.

Key skills and requirements:

Living in Australia with an easy reach to Sydney
Previous experience in debt collection, credit control, or a similar field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident using CRM systems and online communication tools
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Knowledge of Australian and overseas debt collection laws is an advantage
