Job Description
Key responsibilities may include:
Calendar Management:Managing the CEO's complex schedule, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Communication Management:Screening calls and emails, responding to inquiries, and forwarding relevant information to the CEO.
Meeting Preparation:Preparing agendas, gathering necessary materials, and taking meeting minutes.
Travel Coordination:Arranging travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
Document Management:Maintaining electronic and physical files, preparing presentations, and handling confidential documents.
Personal Assistance:Managing personal errands, coordinating appointments, and handling personal matters (depending on the situation and work delegated).
Administrative Tasks:Handling expense reports, processing invoices, and managing office supplies.
Required Skills:
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines under pressure.
Discretion and Confidentiality: Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in all tasks and deliverables.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Several years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, ideally supporting a senior executive
Strong understanding of business protocols and etiquette
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
