Executive Assistant
Supporting the Group Director Operations (GDO)

Full Time, 80 Hours a Fortnight, Weekday Office Hours

About the Role
Right now, we have an exciting opportunity based in Timaru for a confident and proactive Executive Assistant seeking a fast-paced role with lots of variety and responsibility.
We are looking for an experienced Administrator or Executive Assistant who is highly competent and professional to provide administrative support to the Group Director of Operations, Hospital and Specialist Services. Day to day the role provides high-level executive, secretariat and project support, manages communications and implements, strategies to support the achievement of strategic and operational objectives.

Salary Range
