Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Renovator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and renovation, with a focus on restoring and enhancing residential and commercial properties. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve high-quality results.

Responsibilities

Perform renovations, including but not limited to tile laying, masonry work, LVP floor installation, construction, painting, drywall, building fences, carpentry, minor plumbing, and minor electrical. landscaping,
Execute heavy lifting tasks as needed for various renovation projects.
Install fixtures, cabinetry, and other components according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate project execution.
Build and restore structures while adhering to safety standards and regulations.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of each project.
Requirements

Proven experience in renovation or construction-related fields.
Proficiency in tile laying, masonry, construction painting, installation, and heavy lifting, LVP floor installation, construction, painting, drywall, building fences, carpentry, minor plumbing, and minor electrical. landscaping,
Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
