Job Description
Responsibilities :
● Developing positive relationships with customers is a key priority
● Should have a good understanding of your customers’ needs in order to develop effective plans to meet those needs
● Identifying and referring upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the EV sales team
● Dealing with customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
● Should always aim to retain customers by providing exceptional service and addressing their needs in a proactive manner.
● Should be willing to travel across geographical locations across Bangalore for physical visit
Skills Required:
● Excellent communication skills (Preferred English and Kannada)
● Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
● Problem-solving attitude
● Experience in relationship management or customer service is preferred
● Problem-solving attitude
● Should own vehicle and must have a valid driving license
