In this essential role, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that puts visitors at ease. You will manage a range of tasks from greeting guests and answering inquiries to coordinating appointments and providing essential information about our services.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendar for staff.
Assist clients with check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
Proven experience as a front desk representative or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer service oriented with a positive attitude.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
