Front Office Associate |Male|

Duties & Responsibilities :
• Checking guests in and out.
• Receiving and managing reservations made online and telephonically.
• Verifying guests' payment methods during check-in.
• Assigning rooms to guests and informing them of any specials offered.
• Registers guests and manages the rooming chart.
• Organizing transport services for guests at their request.
• Providing guests with information about the property & Up sell additional facilities and services, when appropriate.
• You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.
• Contributes to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception within the Rooms division.

Required Experience and Qualifications :
• 1 Year Hotel Experience Mandatory.
• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
