The Role

As an Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact for residents. Your goal is to:

Identify properties with visible or reported disrepair (damp, mould, leaks, etc.).
Engage with tenants to explain their rights.
Book appointments for our senior surveyors to visit the property.
No hard closing required—you are simply opening the door for our experts.
