Job Description

Managing successfully Departmental and Reporting Structure (Flow Chart) sales and growth in-coordination with the Accounts Department for enhancing organizations position Playing an important role being a part of recruitment process and handling interviews, selection induction & training of the new joiners Planning and coordinating operational activities in consultation with departmental leaders and team members for total customer service Analyzing requirement and involved in sourcing and negotiations and closures EHS & QMS Head, Compliance management Infra changes and legal changes and decision making Instrumental in implementing cost effective control systems over capital, operating expenditures and wages and database management Ensuring meeting all targeted deadlines and providing customer support to maintain healthy customer relationships Attending to customer & employees grievances - resolving queries and problems in coordination with team members Interfacing with subordinates, communicating and facilitating internal departments for requirements and work allocations as per needs Ensuring due diligence, maintained company health, safety and environmental policy, procedures regulations and objectives; and monitoring & reviewing compliance and adherence to safety & environmental norms
