Full job description
InvoCare is an industry leader within the funeral industry, we currently operate over 300 funeral locations, 17 cemeteries and 29 crematoria, throughout Australia, New Zealand and Singapore and growing.

About you:

You will have experience in and have the ability to perform a wide variety of manual labour tasks, indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. You love dealing with people, are adaptable and flexible and take great pride in your work . You will also have:

Horticultural, gardening or landscaping experience (preferably)e adaptable and flexible
Have the capacity to perform heavy lifting, landscaping and general maintenance duties for extended periods of time.
Be highly customer-focused, have sensitivity to grieving people and to communicate effectively with the public.
A capacity to be at ease working in a cemetery and crematoria environment.
A willingness to work co-operatively as part of a team
Current manual unrestricted drivers’ license.
About the role:

As a member of our Parks and Gardens team, you will play an important role maintaining the high standards of our Memorial Park and contributing to new projects that improve the look and feel of our facilities. You will have lots of variety in your day to day work performing general maintenance and construction tasks that include participating in burial duties when required and assisting with cremation duties on a rotating roster.
