Your Responsibilities:

Lead qualitative and quantitative research efforts to uncover user needs and insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform service design and ensure user-centred solutions
Develop and deliver evidence-based recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in user research methodologies
Strong analytical skills to interpret user insights
Ability to present findings effectively to diverse audiences
SC clearance or eligibility to obtain it
Public sector or government project experience required
