This is a full-time 12-month term position starting in January 2026. This position is located in Winnipeg, MB.

Your Role
We are seeking a strategic and proactive Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our head office and corporate client groups within a federally regulated environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing organizational performance, mitigating risk, supporting leaders, and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Day to Day
Strategic HR Partnership
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Collaborate with department managers on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession strategies.

Compliance & Risk Mitigation
Provide guidance to managers to ensure compliance with federal regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Support leaders with internal investigations and complex employee relations matters.

Leader & Employee Support
Deliver front-line support to managers regarding performance management, salary administration, market analysis, and workplace issues.
Assist employees in navigating resources, development opportunities, and workplace challenges.
Projects & Programs
Participate in HR initiatives including policy development, program creation, communications, and training.
Prepare and deliver presentations in-person to leaders, including quarterly management meetings for your client group.
Qualifications
Post-secondary education in Human Resources
Certified HR designation or working towards is an asset
Previous experience providing HR business support within a corporate and head office environment
Demonstrated progressive experience in a human resources role
Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft 365 Application Suite
Must be available to work on-site and have the ability to travel to other locations, if required
