Human Resources Intern

Position Overview:

The HR Intern will provide valuable support to the Human Resources department, assisting with various HR functions and initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining practical experience in HR operations and developing a solid foundation in human resources.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with recruitment tasks, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and assisting with exit interviews.
• Maintain employee data and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as filing, document preparation, and correspondence.
• Aid in employee relations by responding to inquiries, resolving basic issues, and escalating complex matters.
• Coordinate training sessions and assist in the development of training materials.

Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws is a plus.
• Previous HR internship or work experience is beneficial but not required.
