Position: Key Accounts Operations Executive
Location: Andheri (E), Mumbai, India

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly organised, and meticulous Key Accounts Operations Executive responsible for internal coordination and liaising with the operations team to facilitate the smooth execution of key account operations. This role involves managing daily and scheduled operational tasks, including order management, delivery schedules and communication between departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Coordination: Act as a bridge between internal departments, including sales, supply chain, production, and finance, to ensure alignment and communication for key account operations.
Order Management: Receive and process purchase orders (POs) from key accounts, verifying accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with sales and supply chain teams to address any discrepancies or corrections needed.
Delivery Schedules: Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products to key accounts, aligning with customer requirements and expectations.
PO Follow-up: Meticulously and persistently follow up on open POs, provide updates to key accounts, and tenaciously address any changes or concerns until resolution is achieved in a timely manner.
Reporting: Generate and maintain reports related to key account operations, such as PO status, delivery schedules, and order discrepancies.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve operational issues or challenges promptly and meticulously to ensure smooth key account operations and customer satisfaction.
Data Management: Keep records and documentation of key account operations organized and up to date.
Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with key accounts, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed effectively.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all operational activities.
