Assistant Manager – Recruitment Brand & Marketing (RB&M)
Primary Focus: Careers Site & Digital Support
Location: Hyderabad
Work Timings: 11AM to 8PM
Role Overview
As an Assistant Manager on the Recruitment Brand & Marketing (RB&M) team, your main focus will be to manage and optimize Deloitte’s Careers site and support the execution of high-impact RB&M campaigns targeting the India talent marketplace. You will play a critical role in content strategy, site maintenance, and stakeholder engagement to ensure our digital presence aligns with global standards and effectively communicates Deloitte’s employer value proposition to job seekers.
Work You’ll Do
You will take ownership for the strategy, content, and ongoing improvements of the Deloitte US-India (USI) Offices’ Careers site and other related digital assets. Your work will include managing content calendars, developing engaging material for multiple digital channels, and collaborating closely with global and functional teams. In addition, you will manage the careers blog from content creation to publication, provide guidance to stakeholders to ensure brand voice consistency, and serve as the primary contact for platforms such as Zoomforth—executing site updates, reviewing analytics, and delivering regular reports. You will also contribute to campaigns and special projects to advance recruitment brand and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Careers Site Leadership
Serve as site lead for the USI Deloitte.com careers site; act as primary liaison with global teams.
Develop, implement, and own content strategy for the careers site; ensure up-to-date, relevant, and engaging pages for multiple audience segments.
Conduct regular reviews/audits; enhance current pages and build new ones to increase site engagement and effectiveness.
Write and curate content suited for digital, including social media posts, blog articles, landing pages, microsites, and multimedia elements.
Conduct ongoing market/competitive research to keep careers site, campaigns, and content strategies at the cutting edge.
Life at Deloitte Blog Management
Manage the Life at Deloitte careers blog by creating, editing, and guiding content from ideation to publication.
Advise stakeholders on content creation best practices to ensure authentic, insightful stories that reinforce Deloitte’s employer brand.
Oversee consistent publication cadence and ongoing content refreshes.
Platform & Vendor Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact for Zoomforth (site creation, updates).
Oversee site analytics and reporting for ongoing optimization; provide insights to key stakeholders.
Other Projects
Support the team with any campaigns or special projects that come up based on Talent Acquisition needs
