Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Executive (IT)
Location: Saket
Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Off: 2nd and 4th Saturday
Educational Qualification:
• Graduate / Post Graduate (any stream)
Experience Required:
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within an IT company
• Mandatory B2B sales experience in IT sector
• Experience in selling SaaS products, HRM software, or CRM software is required
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Identifying and Developing Opportunities
Research and identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and target markets to generate revenue growth.
2. Building Client Relationships
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to build long-term partnerships.
3. Negotiation and Deal Closure
Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.
4. Strategic Planning
Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
6. Market Research and Analysis
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and challenges.
