About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via inbound calls and handle customer query.
Responsibilities:
Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
Providing product/service information to customers
Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass qualification
Fresher and experienced both can apply
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill in Odiya, Assamese, Bhojpuri, Maithili + Hindi/English
No leave requirement for upcoming 90 days
Looking for Immediate joiners only
Aadhaar should be linked with the candidates contact number
Shifts:
Rotational shift including night shift (for male candidates)
No night shift for Female candidates
Any 9 hour during 24x7
6 working days with 1 rotational week off
