Job Description
Customer service executive will be responsible for handling customer queries and planning of the customer visits to centre and appoitmnets . Customer service executive will help to solve issues quickly and successfully by analysing the cause of the problem, generating possible solutions and implementing a plan to resolve the problem. Customer care executive will be calling the cutsomers who have approcahed us on whatsapp or by any other channel.
