Daycare teacher part time in Goregaon

Job Summary:

We are seeking a caring, patient, and responsible Part-Time Daycare Teacher to support the daily care, supervision, and early learning development of children (ages 0.6 mths – 6 years). The teacher will ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment while assisting in routine activities, play, and basic learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
Assist in planning and conducting age-appropriate activities (storytelling, rhymes, art & craft, free play, sensory play)
Support children during meals, nap time, and bathroom routines
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of classroom and play areas
Encourage positive behavior and social skills
Communicate daily updates to parents regarding child’s activities and well-being
Assist in organizing celebrations, events, and theme-based activities
Follow preschool policies and safety guidelines
Work collaboratively with other teachers and support staff
Required Skills & Qualities:

Warm, patient, and nurturing personality
Good communication skills
Ability to handle toddlers calmly and responsibly
Basic understanding of child development
Energetic and creative
Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality
Qualifications:

ECCED / Montessori Training (preferred)
Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
Prior experience in preschool/daycare (preferred but not mandatory)
Working Hours:

Part-time (Specify hours, e.g., 3–5 hours per day)
Monday to Saturday (or as applicable)
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From ₹1.00 per month

Expected hours: 4 – 8 per week
