At VAR Facility Management Solutions, we’re looking for a sharp, proactive, and highly organized, Executive Assistant to work closely with our Founder and play a key role in driving day-to-day efficiency and execution. This role offers high visibility, responsibility, and a steep learning curve.
What you’ll do:
Act as a key support to the Founder, managing calendars, meetings, and priorities.
Draft high-quality emails, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate tasks, follow-ups, and special projects.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
What we’re looking for:
Excellent communication skills in English, conversational Hindi required.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership.
Fresh graduates welcome, up to 2 years of experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
