Food and Beverage Attendant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused F&B Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service in our dining areas, ensuring smooth F&B operations, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and hospitality. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating memorable dining experiences for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and serve guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
Set up, maintain, and clear tables according to service standards.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
Provide recommendations and upsell menu items when appropriate.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests efficiently and professionally.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including inventory checks and stock replenishment.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar F&B or hospitality role is preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and hygiene standards.
Physically fit – able to stand for long periods and lift trays or supplies as needed.
