Fraud Risk Manager

Job Description:

· Monitor & analyze key risk KPI and its business impact and respond to risk and fraud conditions

· RBI and IBA Reporting and Filling FMR

· Filling EDSP on Daksh Portal

· Team Handling Experience Required

· Investigation of Fraudulent cases of own Bank Customer

· Reviews Logs and conduct End to END Investigation

· Review & follow up on suspicious cases with internal teams to develop appropriate risk mitigation strategies

· Analytic support on abnormal trends and assist in identifying new fraud/cybercrime threats to the business

· Prepare reports, briefings and regular updates

· Complete fraud reviews and determine if transactions are fraudulent and complete the corresponding actions, for example chargeback

· Managing relationships with key stakeholders from business partners, internal risk team, outsourcing partner to drive implementation and meet the risk standard

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience;

· Strong analytical skills;

· Strong knowledge of Information Security risks and controls;

· Supports diversity by actively building and cultivating strong connections and partnerships across businesses/regions;

· Strong project management abilities and direct experience with Agile methodology principles;

· Ability to work independently and influence others;

· Fraud experience in a Financial Institution;

· Familiar with SQL language

· Progressive leadership experience in a fraud-based role;

· Bachelor’s degree;

Strong knowledge of the fraud management life cycle and industry trends
