• Salary: ₹1,50,000-2,44,800/- per annum + Performance Bonus

• Job Duties:
- Welcome visitors, students, and parents with a smile.
- Counsel prospective students and follow up on admissions.
- Keep student inquiry and admission records up to date.
- Manage fee collection and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist with online marketing, including social media and content creation.
- Present regular reports to management on admissions and inquiries.
- Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Keep the reception area tidy and organized.
- Support staff with various admin tasks as needed.
• Job Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist, office admin, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in educational institutes or counseling is a bonus.
