Job Description

Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with housekeeping, operations, and other departments to meet guest requirements.
Maintain accurate records of guest details, payment processing, and room assignments.
Profile

Experience: Min 2-4 years. Freshers welcome.
Industry: Hospitality, Hotel Management.
Skills: Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills especially in English. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Problem Solver and attention to detail.
Degree: Diploma in Hospitality or relevant field
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
