Job Description: Front Office Manager

Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹32,000 per month plus incentives
Duty Hours: 10 hours
Shift Type: Straight Shift
Weekly Off: 1 rotational weekly off

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day front office operations, including check-in and check-out
Supervise, train, and schedule front office staff to ensure high service standards
Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
Ensure accurate billing, room allocation, and coordination with housekeeping and other departments
Maintain daily reports, cash handling, and front office MIS
Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs and statutory requirements
Requirements:

Hotel industry experience is mandatory
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in front office operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role
Knowledge of ongoing hotel PMS/software is mandatory
Experience in filling and managing C-Forms is mandatory
English communication is necessary (spoken and written)
Strong leadership, guest-handling, and problem-solving skills
Basic computer and system knowledge
