Role: Front Office COE Consultant, Investment Platform & Services
Location: Pan India
About the Role
The Front Office COE Consultant will be responsible for supporting Front Office Functions.
Responsibilities
Perform heath checks for applications/systems. Support incidents/BAU fixes. Support enhancements/change requests. Co-ordinate with various IT teams to ensure systems are up and running as per SOP. Participate in DR and BCP activities. Participate in Audit and yearly upgrades. Support Onboarding of brokers/Liquidity providers. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow and develop detailed procedures. Work with multiple vendors to resolve daily BAU issues. Work with Stakeholders to identify Business requirements and their processes. Perform triages to keep updated on the daily issues and as well to prioritize the issues. Ready to Support in Night Shift, as required.
Qualifications
8 to 10 yearsโ experience in application/production support. (Mandatory) Experience in trading applications (Trading Screen, BidFX) or other Trade Execution systems. (Mandatory) Experience in investment front office business processes & workflows. (Mandatory) Domain knowledge of Financial Asset Classes (Equity, Bond, FX, Derivatives etc.) (Mandatory) Exposure to supporting business processes such as Order Simulation, Pre & Post Trade Compliance checks, Trade Execution, Reconciliation, Trade Entry, Trade Capture, FIX interfaces etc. Experience in supporting ITIL processes. Experience in vendor management and business stakeholder management.
