Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Healthcare Specialist located in Madurai South. The Healthcare Specialist will engage in patient care activities, provide medical support, and coordinate with medical teams to ensure quality care is delivered. The role also includes overseeing healthcare processes, facilitating training sessions, and contributing to operational improvements within the facility.
Qualifications
• Knowledge of EMT and Medicine for effective medical care delivery
• Strong Communication skills for patient interactions and team collaboration
• Experience in Training and delivering educational sessions within the healthcare domain
• Comprehensive understanding of Healthcare practices and standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on medical environment
• Relevant certifications or licensure in Emergency Medical Technology or healthcare-related fields is a plus
• Dedication to patient care and commitment to professional development
